French Onion Pizza bread made with thyme, fennel seeds, prosciutto, and gruyere cheese. A delicious wintery sneak to satisfy every cheesy-salty-bread craving. If you've been following me for a while, you know this is my claim to fame. These breads are delicious no matter what you put inside, but you know my favorite is vegetables. This french onion combination is divine - and the prosciutto is totally optional. You can add other vegetables if you'd like - I'd recommend cauliflower. If you are having trouble rolling the dough, try watching some of my older videos (I have a number of this pizza bread), or try making a few times and you will get the hang of it!
