The last of the spring asparagus — made this creamy pasta with sautéed asparagus, zucchini, tahini, mint, and Parmesan cheese. Topped with a pine-nut-toasted bread crumb mixture and it was just delicious. A creamy bright green pesto-y sauce with no cream. Perfect for a Sunday in early June.
