This is one of the best chicken soups I have ever made. For some reason, I am on a poblano & jalapeno pepper kick. I wanted to try a creamy gnocchi soup and this was the result. It's giving Southwest meets Italian meets Greek. And I 10/10 recommend you try it. Spicy from the jalapeno but offset by the sour cream and lemon, it's an amazing punch of flavor.
