If you're a long time follower, you know that these pizza breads (read: stromboli) are what put me on the map. These are an appetizer bread made using pizza dough that is first shaped into a long rectangle, filled with meat or veg of your choice (and always cheese) and rolled. My family typically made these with leftover vegetables, but I have since experimented with all types of fillings. This mortadella version with pear and brie is hands down one of my favorite I've made to date. It is giving ~ham and cheese croissant~ but ~Italian~. We serve these alongside other antipasto foods and they are eaten before or with a meal. Please try it and do let me know if you enjoy
