If you couldn’t tell from the 10 recipes I’ve recently made with leeks, I am obsessed with them. I got interested in them this year after I had them cut and braised like this at @pasqualejones this is a different take on my braised leeks made with an anchovy-caper-Parmesan sauce. Trust me the anchovy adds to it! They’re braised in white wine and then finished with fresh herbs + pine nuts. Absolutely amazing side dish.
